    ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near San Bernardino, CA Partner with us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse needs.

    What you'll do:

    • Full Time
    • Will be assigned 1:1 oras aclassroom aid.
    • Collaborate with a BCBA to implement personalized behavior plans and support student success.
    • Track progress and analyze data to ensure interventions are effective.
    • Create a nurturing and encouraging environment for learning and development.
    • Build positive relationships with students and families to foster trust and collaboration.

    Who you are:

    • Possesses a current RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Has a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
    • Excels in communication,interpersonal,and organizational skills.
    • Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
