Programs implemented include but are not limited to behavior reduction, expressive and receptive communication, social skills, self-help skills, parent education, and much more _


Responsibilities:

Under the supervision and guidance of a BCBA, the following are the responsibilities of a behavior technician.

Manage a caseload as assigned by the clinical director

• Conduct homebased direct 1:1 therapy for children under the age of 1
• Implement various ABA strategies and procedures
• Collect Data, compete session notes, and provide updates to the clinical supervisors
• Commute to Different Locations to Provide Services between 2535 miles radius
• Attend monthly professional development meetings

Skills and Experience:

• Ability To Navigate Electronic Platforms to Accommodate Telehealth Service Models
• Work With and Communicate with All Team Members Including Parents/Caregivers
• Communicates Effectively in An Oral and Written Format
• Have A Motivation to Learn New Skills and Help Children
• Be Fun, Creative, and energetic.

**Note: ABA experience is preferred but not required. Paid training and preparation is provided for the first 2 weeks prior to case assignments that include ABA Foundational Knowledge, In Person Observations, On Line Trainings, and meetings with the clinical teams to review programs, case specific details.

Requirements:

• Be Over the Age of 1
• Possess A Valid Driver's License, Have Access to Reliable Transportation and Have Proof of Automobile Insurance
• Complete And Pass a Background Check
• Obtain TB clearance
• Possession of CPR/First Aid Certification

$ $25.50 per hour
