- Set up the bar as per hotel standards and Banquet Event Order.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel mixing and presentation standards.
- Serve guests' beverage needs professionally and courteously.
- Clean and store bar supplies and equipment according to standards.
- Abide by state liquor laws.
- Familiarize yourself with hotel services and facilities.
- Uphold all hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Follow procedures for serving liquor responsibly.
- Address guest issues, complaints, and accidents promptly.
- Know the location and operation of fire exits and extinguishers.
- Maintain a helpful and courteous attitude towards guests, managers, and colleagues.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean and organized during service.
- Attend necessary meetings as directed by management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
