- Monitor implementation of nutrition-related procedures to ensure data collection meets protocol requirements.
- Management and coordination of clinical trial studies, data management, and study visit preparation.
- Assist with participant consenting, study status communication, and collaboration with other coordinators, nurses, dietitians, Principal Investigators and ancillary departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
- Louisiana Registered Dietitian license.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
- Two or more years of experience as a dietitian.
- Experience with REDCap.

Job Description:
Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking a Research Dietitian in the Clinical Trials Unit.
The Research Dietitian will provide nutritional education and counseling to participants enrolled in clinic trials. Research procedures related to dietary interventions will be reviewed by the Research Dietitian to ensure that nutrition-related objectives are met.
