- Provides expert and second tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
- Offers technical advice and guidance on the installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of Company technical products, programs, and systems.
- Tests, trains, and delivers support to customers on technical aspects of specified systems and services.
- Brings expertise to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot products, and customize products to meet customer needs.
- Maintains network stability by advanced troubleshooting, prompt incident resolution, and proactive maintenance for maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair.
- Conducts training sessions for customers.
- Reviews system and network configurations to ensure successful service implementation.
- Provides expert technical support for installing and repairing complex systems and handling outages.
- Collaborates with developers and engineers to minimize recurring incidents.
- Offers consultative support during off hours as required.
- Senior-level expertise in designated systems.
- Addresses queries on installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of specified systems and services.
- Applies advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and rectify common failures.
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with years of experience, or a Master's with 8 years of experience OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of BS.
- Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000.
