Our busy Gastroenterologist clinic in the Woodlands Area is seeking a bright, motivated individual to work as a Front Desk Receptionist.

Must be bilingual.

• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Answer multiline phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
• Provide patients with access to the patient portal for registration purposes
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
• Provide patients with appropriate support and guidance as needed Qualifications
• Handle incoming Faxes, call on incoming referrals

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in medical office/clinic. (Gastroenterology preferred)

*Experience with (EMR) E-clinicals a plus.

*Highly organized and detail oriented

*Excellent communication skills oral and written; able to communicate effectively with patients and all levels within the care center

*Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

*Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

*Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

*Bilingual speaker required.

• Weekly travel may be required.

From $15.00 per hour
