- Keep the personnel records up to date regarding interim workers and ensure the registration of hours.
- Collaborate in the purchasing process: understand the purchasing process and coordinate delivery times and receipts accordingly.
- Coordinate visits and maintenance according to the planning delivered by the Facility Manager.
- Assist management in the organization of internal events, visits or other activities necessary for local coordination.
- 3 years in similar positions.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
