IT Support Technician

Dynomax, Inc. is a manufacturing leader of machined parts and electrical components for the aerospace and defense industries.

We are seeking an experienced
IT Support Technician who will support the technology needs of production and administrative staff. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to learn and acclimate to new technology are imperative.


The IT Support Technician must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance with Dynomax support. Department of Defense TS or S or Department of Energy Q or L preferred.

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


  • Desktop computer support (onsite and remotely) for office and manufacturing personnel primarily running Windows 10
  • Network cabling, crimping and punch down for twistedpair voice and data cables
  • Basic network setup and troubleshooting for hardwired and wireless clients including laptops, desktops, servers, printers/copiers, telephones/faxes, and computer controlled industrial equipment.
  • Identification and documentation of repeatable IT policies and procedures.

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • 35 years desktop support experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Strong hardware, security, and network support background
