We are a psychiatric specialist hospital with 53 inpatient beds and 56 day clinic places in the heart of Cologne's southern district.

We are currently seeking a part-time (80%) certified health and nursing care professional (m/f/d) for one of our day units with a focus on psychosis.

Your responsibilities will include patient-oriented nursing care for individuals in acute psychiatric crises, as well as resource-oriented care planning. You will also work in a group therapy setting, leading and moderating groups with various focuses.

Other duties include computer-based documentation of nursing services, active participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team, and a willingness to undergo regular training and further education.

You may also be required to be on call for weekends 1-2 times per year.


To be considered for this position, you must have completed training as a health and nursing care professional, nursing specialist, or geriatric nurse, with possible specialization in psychiatry.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of psychiatry is also required.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a friendly demeanor, and demonstrates respect and empathy towards others.

You should also be highly motivated, reliable, and willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends. Basic computer skills are also necessary.
