- Maintaining and updating patient records, progress, conduct, and activities.
- Carrying out physical patient evaluations and reviews or administers treatments as directed by other medical specialists.
- Delivering patient care techniques in-services to direct care employees as well.
- Adheres to plans, rules, and/or standard practices while conducting appraisals.
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
- You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
