Description

Position: Contracts Services Officer

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 8 month contract to hire

Compensation: $30-40/hour

Project: Public sector contract, bid reviewal, and contract negotiation.

**Must be able to work on W2 from day one

Desired Experience

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, or related areas

• Expereince with Government Contracting or purchasing

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Contract Management)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Insight Global actively seeking an exceptional candidate for a Contract Services Officer to support a public sector client of ours in Sacramento. In this role, you will perform a wide range of supporting functions related to contracts, adhering to District Policies and Procedures, as well as State and Federal Laws. Your primary responsibilities will involve drafting solicitation documents, negotiating agreements, managing contracts, and maintaining documentation records. You'll collaborate with District staff, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient contract processes.
