We are urgently seeking a HR specialist to support our team of over 100 caregivers with recruitment and employee management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


As an HR specialist at Home Instead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all employees uphold the Home Instead concept with responsibility.

You will be responsible for recruiting new caregivers and will have the following tasks:


  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Supporting our trainees
  • Organizing training and development opportunities
  • Collaborating on educational programs for caregivers
  • Assisting with payroll

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Additional training as an HR specialist (m/f/d) or personnel specialist (m/f/d)
