We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations in almost 10 locations in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

Employee's training is the main & most crucial task of this job
Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards
Daily task completion is must with this job
Hiring Skills of GM and other Staff
Daily inventory control and Monitoring of labor

Qualifications:

Proven experience minimum 5 years as a District Manager

Benefits:

We offer up to $75,000 salary packages excluding salary, bonus(upto$30,000) potential, health insurance.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
