This individual will report directly to the Vice President, Talent and will be onsite (three days a week) at either our Chicago or Lincolnshire office.
Our Manager of Leadership Development will be focused on leadership development initiatives and processes including Executive Development, Internal Mobility Mapping, Leadership Development programs, New People Manager onboarding, and high potential programs.
This role will also have responsibility for our selection and assessments tools.Responsibilities:

Capabilities: Partner with the Vice President, Talent to finalize and implement leadership capabilities across the organization. You will own embedding these capabilities across our people practices (e.g., selection, development, performance management, succession planning, rewards/recognition) by partnering with your peers in the broader Talent and HR organization. Partner with HR Partners to ensure business leaders are trained on and understand how the leadership capabilities are demonstrated on a daily basis based on their level of leadership. Help coach leaders related to the demonstration of leadership capabilities.

Development Strategy: Design and implement the strategy, principles, programs and processes for leadership development at Camping World and Good Sam within the context of our Values, Leadership Capabilities, and HR Strategy. Ensure that our programs are comprehensive and focus on all levels of leadership. Center solutions with our unique culture as the foundation. Propose and manage initiative budgets and vendor relationships.

People Manager Onboarding: Design and implement a company wide program related to onboarding new people managers. You will own both the design and the facilitation of these sessions, as well as the logistics of program delivery. Partners with the TM team to ensure content is complementary to our core onboarding programs.

Development Programs: Curate and build content and facilitate learning experiences to support leadership development across the organization. Facilitate and deliver leadership development sessions, training, and workshops for our team members. Build a network of internal facilitators who are able to deliver content.

Potential Programs: Partner with our Talent Management organization to build out targeted programs focused on key successors and high potential talent across the company in order to accelerate readiness for key positions.

and Assessments: Partner with vendors to develop validated and legally defensible assessment tools to be used for selection and developmental purposes. Partners with Talent Acquisition to build behaviorally based interview guides.

Effectiveness: Track and analyze leadership development metrics to measure the impact of programs and initiatives. Conduct studies determining the ROI of selection and assessment processes.
Education and Experience:
- Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or other related fields
- 5 years of experience in leadership development and program management
- Experience in developing and validating selection and assessment tools and creating interview guides
- Demonstrated experience developing highimpact learning experiences with a true appreciation for audience needs, thoughtful design, rapid development, attention to details, and a keen focus on the user experience and alignment with business & learning strategies.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates agility and the ability to shift as business needs change
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Physical Requirements:
- periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- to 20% travel required.
Pay Range:
$98,490.00-$147,787.50 Annual
