Description

As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role as part of our 3-person legal team in supporting our companies both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating freight and logistics contracts with national and international clients
Providing legal advice on transportation documents and specific issues related to daily freight operations
Reviewing other typical company contracts and addressing legal questions
Providing consultative support for the enforcement of claims and legal disputes, if necessary in collaboration with external law firms
Assisting with corporate and contract management

Qualified lawyer or equivalent qualification
