Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients' medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we've grown to 100+ clinics across nine states. • Provides individual counseling to highly complex patients

• Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient's treatment needs

• Designs and updates the patient's treatment plan, includingcare coordination, referrals, and discharge planning

• Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements

• Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services

• Facilitates urine drug screening for patients

Our clinical team enjoys an early morning schedule with early afternoon out times. It is expected for all clinical team members to participate in our Saturday rotation. The frequency of this rotation is determined by the current staff count. Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week.

4:45 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM, rotating Saturdays

General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting.

Lived addiction experience is a plus.

No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Must be registered with the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Certification board - applicants who are not registered will not be considered for employment (LCAS, LCAS-A, LPC, CADC or LCSW). LCAS preferred.

• Consistent schedule with early in times and out times
