Responsibilities:

Support our recruiting specialists for executive search in the digital, IT, or tech fields in exciting projects
Assist in analyzing important company factors during client briefings and actively search for suitable candidates through various channels
Use various diagnostic methods to analyze the technical qualifications, behaviors, motivations, and cultural mindset of candidates
As a power user of our inhouse software, you will help shape the future of recruiting with your ideas
Build your professional network of highlevel candidates by making initial contacts with us
Participate in creative sessions with the team to strategically drive the company forward with your ideas

Qualifications:

Currently studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field
Highly motivated, selfdriven, and eager to contribute to our young startup
Strong communication skills and enjoy daily interactions with people, with a passion for finding the "perfect match"
Authentic and open with your team, clients, and candidates, treating everyone with respect
Available for at least 3 consecutive months
Based in Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Munich
Fluent in German and ideally English
