- Refine and drive the core financial processes for WW FBA including annual operating plans, 3year strategic plan, long range plan and Monthly/Quarterly business reviews.
- Generate insights from financial data, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and using excelled verbal and written communication, share findings with the leadership team to drive business actions.
- Work with stakeholders to determine what standardized financial reporting packages are needed as well as business intelligence teams on automating and expanding these key reports to include world wide views and more detailed slices by ASP bands, seller location and product lines.

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

We are looking for a Finance Manger to help lead WW FBA FP&A.In this role you will analyze all aspects of the business from topline, operating profit as well as key input metrics that drive the business.
You'll partner closely with the business leadership, financial systems, controllership and various internal and external finance teams to drive core financial processes.
The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders in order to understand the business strategy, drivers for topline, revenue and cost in order to deliver high quality insights to senior leaders and influence decisions.
Key job responsibilitiesAs the WW FBA Finance Manager you will work closely with multiple stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading complex financial analysis, influencing business owners and engaging cross functional teams to help leadership in shaping future decisions.
