Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative where you will play a key role in driving company revenue through direct sales of signs to local businesses and municipalities.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Be creative in ability to offer custom solutions to a customer to help them accomplish their signage needs.

• Experience in outside sales
• Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customerfocused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service
• Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis
• Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs
• Physical Demand: Must have ability to stand or walk around towns
