    Job Description
    Envision Home Care has an opening for a PRN registered nurse. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team setting.

    Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agency.

    Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
