Job summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and business operations across a regionally based book of business.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drive initiatives that promote high levels of product adoption and retention.
