Collison Estimator/Service Writer

We are currently seeking an experienced Collison Estimator to add to our team.

As our Collision center estimator, you will work with some of the best collision teams in the business to ensure that repairs are estimated properly and delivered as promised. Our goal is to always exceed expectations, and we need estimators who feel the same way.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work in a highvolume team environment.
Selfmotivated. Customer service oriented.
Ability to multitask and handle 20+ projects at a time.
ADAS Experience (preferred).
35 years' experience as a Body Shop Estimator in fast paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare estimates using CCC1 for retail customers, insurance and fleet companies.
Work with shop Technicians and Parts department to go over repair plan.
Update vehicle in production schedule.
Stay in contact with customer during the entire repair process, work to address all customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction when repairs are complete.
Make sure all estimate versions and proof of payment is up to date.
Prepare and complete paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery.
Final QC, including test drive. Ensure that all work meets quality standards.
Prepare RO file to be finalized and closed.

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
