We are currently seeking driven individuals with a pioneering spirit to join our team in Montrose, IL and help us build our innovation hub and create an authentic company culture.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the preparation of work in the field of timber frame construction
  • You will develop designs using the CAD program ''cadwork''
  • You will design and plan the loadbearing structures for timber construction projects
  • Close collaboration with product developers, production, and procurement is essential

Your Qualifications:


  • You are a construction engineer with advanced CAD skills and are looking to enter the industrial timber construction industry, or you are a skilled worker, master, carpenter, or joiner with some experience using a CAD program and are looking to take your knowledge of wood to the next level
  • You enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently and take responsibility
  • You have good German language skills and can communicate effectively
