Be part of the Center for Black Health and Wellness.

Playing a critical role on our health care team, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) support clinicians and other team members while performing nursing duties and additional administrative tasks.

You'll work directly with patients or speak with them on the phone or online to help meet their needs and contribute to a positive care experience.

You'll also provide nursing assessments to triage patients based on their health conditions.

Full-time
Two (2) years of experience with providing culturally responsive care to Black patients.

Culturally responsive care incorporates an awareness of potential barriers to accessing services and care that may result in poor health outcomes.

Two (2) years of experience addressing racial health disparities and improving health outcomes of Black patients. Implementing care delivery and social support models aimed at achieving health equity for the Black community.

Two (2) years of experience implementing or providing direct services/support through or in partnership with organizations that serve the Black community.

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
