Description

Your tasks:

  • Planning and designing building services systems in 3D CAD systems, taking into account individual customer requirements and technical feasibility
  • Creating parts lists and quantity takeoffs
  • Sizing of various components such as silencers, outlets, or volume flow controllers in ventilation systems
  • Preparing invoices and revision documents
  • Ensuring optimal planning by taking measurements and checking technical conditions at customer sites
  • Close collaboration with project and installation teams

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Technical System Planner / Technical Draftsperson (m/f/d) with a specialization in supply and equipment technology, or further education as a Technician (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of 3D CAD systems such as AutoCAD-MEP, Revit, Trimble Plancal Nova, RUKON, MicroStation, or C.A.T.S - we are happy to provide further training if needed
  • Technical understanding of building planning and construction processes, as well as spatial visualization skills
  • Precise and structured work style, customer-oriented approach, and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to visit customer sites to assess building conditions if necessary
