This presents an incredible opportunity for trial lawyers who are eager to apply their expertise in litigation to a wide docket of cases.
Advancement opportunities are available and a solid foundation with room to grow exponentially.Manage a caseload of litigation matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients.
Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Compensation starting from DOE $130,000-$150,000 (higher salary considered for more senior experienced levels).
