Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling travel arrangements and expense reports
- Utilize Google Suite to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate needs
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
