The current company and business model is dedicated to the multifamily and mixed use product sector, across conventional, student and senior housing.
In addition to having over $5B+ AUM, they are continuing to grow, having recently raised and closed over $2B in capital and allocating this to ground up new construction projects (typical new development project ranges from $35M - $100M).
The individual in this role will lead this initiative, business function and team.They are committed to long-term growth and sustainability, with the plans and run rate to double in AUM over the next 5 years to $15B.
The Opportunity:
This construction management executive will be a key leader overseeing the construction business function, team and overall performance/success of managing the execution of projects, the relationships and communication with all stakeholders and partners to include:
capital/investment partners, operating/development partners, general contractors and internal executive leadership.
This is a huge opportunity that is unique in that it will allow an individual like you to further leverage your career experiences in construction management into a high profile real estate investment and private equity platform and business model.
This position "bridges the gap" between the fund/capital, investors, the corporate business overseeing development and operating partners throughout the construction life-cycle to ensure optimal financial and operational performance.
The ideal individual:
will have the ability to work at the business planning level, will have a solid business leadership acumen, is entrepreneurial, operates with a high level of sophistication, forward thinking and enjoys and has an interest in the business behind development and construction (real estate investment and capital management).
This person will have a strong project & business management approach representing the owner/investor/capital for multiple projects ($1B+) across multiple markets at any given time.
