    Job Description:


    As a Federal Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our federal construction projects from inception to completion.

    You will be responsible for coordinating with government agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

    Your leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage all phases of federal construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and requirements.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
    Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship, timely delivery of materials, and adherence to project specifications.
    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
    Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, government officials, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and delays to keep projects on track.
    Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and forecasts to management and clients.
    Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related correspondence.
    Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project team members.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    Proven experience managing federal construction projects, preferably in a project management role.
    Strong understanding of federal contracting processes, regulations, and procedures.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
    PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred).
    Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance as required for federal projects.
