is currently seeking an individual to fulfill the role of
Overnight Supervisor in our Group Care Program at our Mukwonago, WI campus.
Under the supervision of the Group Care Program Manager, the Overnight Supervisor (OS) at Rivers Edge Campus (REC) oversees employees and the nightly operations of the facility in accordance with agency policies, protocols and procedures, licensing requirements, placing agency expectations and best practice standards.
The OS ensures hall services address youths' needs according to their plans (i.e., treatment, safety, guidance, etc.) and the Norris grounds and building are secure.
The OS directly supervises the Overnight Assistant Supervisor, Overnight Lead Residential Care Specialists and Residential Care Specialist working on the overnight team.
Services and support provided by the OS promote the Norris mission and practice philosophy for providing treatment and services
utilizing a trauma informed care approach.
The OS is responsible for providing Medication Administration as well as being the Leader on Duty during their shifts including the weekend/holiday rotation for LOD's at Rivers Edge Campus.
