RV PARK FRONT DESK ATTENDANT

As the Front Desk Attendant fulfills a variety of customer service needs in support of successful operation of Deserts Edge RV Resort.

Reporting to the Campground Manager, this individual works closely with maintenance, groundskeeping, and pool staff and volunteers to provide the park's overnight guests with the most enjoyable experience.

As the face of the park, it is important that the Front Desk Attendant treats all visitors with kindness, empathy and respect at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a seamless check-in process for campground guests by compiling check-in packets in advance, collecting any payments owed, taking reservations, and explaining park operational changes that may impact the visitor experience.

Check guests in and out for their reservations.
Enforce all rules and regulations in and around the resort.
Build a highlevel of proficiency with the reservation system (FireFly).
Use conflict resolution strategies to provide solutions to dissatisfied guests, referring highlevel issues to management as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have 2 + year experience working in a RV Park

MUST have 2 + years previous hospitality experience

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully multitask in a fastpaced work environment while collaborating with fellow employees and senior management.
Ability to use problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.

Hourly Pay:

$ $20.00 an hour depending on experience
