Responsibilities:


  • Manages phone calls in a supportive manner
  • Scheduling for staff and caregivers
  • Assist with the required compliance items of caregivers
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect
  • Assisting the office team and clients as needed
  • Efficiency in working alongside Field Service Coordinator and Marketer to best understand case to case patient needs for scheduling qualified caregivers

Requirements:


  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish
  • Experience in Home Care or similar
  • Experience in supporting highvolume calls, recruitment, and scheduling
  • Must have exceptional administrative and customer service skills
  • Must be detailoriented, proactive and selfmotivated
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Must be tech savvy such as Microsoft Office and Scheduling Platforms

Schedule:

Full-time:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (8am4:30pm)

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
