Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks, tractortrailers, and forklifts
- Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
- Drive in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Follow delivery schedules and routes accurately
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Driver or similar role
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with using GPS devices for navigation
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience in moving or courier services is a plus
