We looking to contract a Maintenance worker for properties in PALMDALE, LANCASTER AREA.

MUST have experience as a handyman and have their own tools.
MUST have general knowledge of plumbing and electrical, anything else is a PLUS
MUST be able to work independently and complete work.
Must document any and ALL WORK.
Must respond to On-Site Managers requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently.

AT WILL CONTRACT AGREEMENT

MUST HAVE:

GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
BUSINESS LICENSE (FOR THE CITY, OR COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES)
EPA CERTIFICATION FOR MOLD & LED

Without these documents we cannot conduct business, NO EXCEPTIONS
