The following position is to join RTX Leadership Development Program:

Recruiting now for programs beginning July 2025 Receive high-caliber training, mentoring & guidance from RTX leaders, current & alumni LDPs to build a strong lasting global network Our three-year, rotational Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A.

What You Will Do

  • Rotation role & responsibilities will vary & align with one or more of the following disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Operations Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Program Controls, and Estimating & Pricing
  • Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, handson assignments
  • Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
Qualifications You Must Have

  • Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related discipline; degree must be obtained between December May 30, 202
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
  • Relevant internship/coop or work experience

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
  • Selfmotivated & teamoriented; able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment

Rotation locations will vary & may be onsite, hybrid, or remote.


Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.


Hybrid:
Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.


Remote:
Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
