We are currently looking for dedicated and caring individuals to fill the following positions:Program Administrator - Group Home
JOB SUMMARY:
Assumes responsibility for the overall operation and quality of the group home program; responsible for providing care, supervision, training, and opportunities for growth to individuals at the group home; supervises, trains and assists group home staff.
Non-exempt (hourly) position

You must be able to pass all background checks including: Drug screen, physical, PPD, fingerprints, DMV.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Services field, with at least 2 Years in a group home setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid NJ driver's license with an acceptable record of safe driving.
- Able to pass all background check procedures.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with persons with developmental disabilities; provide direct program services to persons with developmental disabilities; determine the needs and abilities of persons served; solve problems systematically; communicate using resourcefulness and tact.
- Strong computer skills.
Pay:
$ $25.80 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- supervisory: 1 year (required)
