Your commitment makes a difference. For the state administration of Baden-Württemberg, various specialist procedures are centrally provided via terminal services. We use current products from the manufacturer Citrix.

Your main tasks include setting up and operating Citrix gateways and application delivery controllers (ADC) - formerly NetScaler - which serve as portal technology for accessing and using Citrix sites in the backend.

You will also configure web server load balancing for failover, content switching, rewriting, and other rules using this technology. You will participate in the planning of new services. You will operate integrated reporting services and analyze them for utilization or in case of errors. You will create and update specialist and operational documentation, working papers, operation manuals, and concepts. You will implement the necessary security measures for operation.
