Patient Care Coordinator - Incredible fulltime position in Forest Hills area. Our practice is committed to excellence in patient care and superior service. We are looking to find that special team member with passion and a ready smile.

We establish a relationship with each patient built on respect and trust, and work hard to make sure that our level of care is deserving of our patients' respect and confidence.

Salary based on experience, sick time and vacation time.


Requirement:

2 Sundays per month 9:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday 8:30 am to around 3:00 pm, Tuesday 9:30 am to around 5:30 pm Wednesday 8:30 am to around 6:30 pm

• Must be able to multitask
• Great problem solving skills
• Possess great organizational and communication
• Dental experience a plus

Primary Job Duties Include:

• Answering the Telephone
• Scheduling Appointments
• Insurance verification
• Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone
• Strong organizational and administrative skills you see what needs to be done and do it
• Ability to multitask, takes initiative, and anticipates needs of others
• Reliable and prompt
• Works well in a team, with humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism
