We are seeking an experienced
Building Maintenance person to join our growing Maintenance team at our property


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have own required tools and transportation
  • Strong electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills as well as preventative maintenance
  • Keep accurate inventory of list of electrical and janitorial supplies
  • Maintain facility systems such as interior/exterior lighting, thermostats and life safety equipment and building security
  • Perform minor maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Janitorial work such as cleaning mopping, shampooing of carpets, vacuuming, glass cleaning as required
  • Extremely dependable and have missed little work at past employers and/or strong, verifiable, relevant selfemployment
  • Physical ability to do snow removal with snow blowers and/or shovels
  • Must be available after hours
  • Handle exterior maintenance when needed
  • Ensure proper comfort conditions for tenants and common areas

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Maywood, IL 60153: Relocate before starting work (required)
