Your Responsibilities:

Managing the branch in the field of construction, including budget responsibility and strategic planning
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, building regulations, and deadlines
Coordinating and monitoring construction projects from planning to completion
Acquiring new contracts and expanding customer relationships through active networking
Developing and implementing innovative construction techniques and methods to increase efficiency
Personnel management and development, including selecting new employees and promoting team spirit
Close collaboration with external partners such as architects, engineers, and authorities

Your Profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in construction, particularly in a leadership position
Indepth knowledge of construction execution, building law, cost calculation, and project management
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and handson mentality
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as assertiveness
Team orientation and the ability to motivate and develop employees
Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and CAD programs
