Manages patron wait list and reservation list as needed.5. Helps to answer phones and routes calls promptly that require supervisor attention.6. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.7. Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages as needed.8. Helps in running food as needed during high volume times.9.
