The
Counter Support Representative assists walk-in customers for products being sold or picked up at our "will-call" area. Process work orders for repairs on diesel engine components like turbochargers, fuel pumps, and injectors.


_ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

_

  • Assist Walk In customer
  • Release orders pending in willcall
  • Look up parts for customer
  • Provide quotes for pricing and availability
  • Follow up on orders pending in will call to see if still needed
  • Take overflow calls for bestinclass customer service
  • Help assist Ecommerce customers by processing online orders
  • Help warehouse with receiving reconciliation
  • Count and replenish front lobby display products
  • Follow up with mayday account to retain customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Successful completion of preemployment background and drug screening
  • Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment

_ Physical Demands and Work Environment:

_

  • Warehouse environment that can include exposure to loud noises, dirt, and dust
  • Retail environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer
  • Ability to repeat motions
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, or bend
  • Ability to raise arms above shoulder level
  • Ability to lift and carry to 50 lbs.
