- Generating reporting regarding mortgage asset valuation, performance, and other key attributes
- Working with various internal customers to share financial data and key risk metrics
- Query relational databases to answer ad hoc inquiries
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values
- 4-Year College Degree
- Must show an understanding of financial concepts, an analytical mindset, and the ability to express and convey information proficiently using all forms of communication
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Business application skills including Excel, with VBA, SQL, or other coding languages a plus.

A Typical Day:The Analyst (Valuations & Interest Rate Sensitive Investments) will have a focus on the modeling and valuation of mortgage-related assets utilized in financial statement reporting, hedging financial risk, and pricing activities. This position requires an understanding of financial concepts including discounted cash-flow analysis), fixed-income principles as well as basic accounting principles. Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
