For our Service and Advice Centers, we are looking for a

Dispatcher for the Kassenärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst (on-call medical service) in day/evening/night/weekend shifts (f/m/d)

at our location in Cologne, part-time possible:

What to expect:

Dispatching and handling of assignments for the Kassenärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst
Structured prioritization of assignments based on medical urgency
Alerting the scheduled doctors (f/m/d) for the oncall service
Supporting doctors (f/m/d) during assignments
Communicating with patients and their families to clarify any questions
Providing alternative treatment options when appropriate
Assisting the hotline for the Nordrhein region and conducting medical assessments using a system (after appropriate training)

What you bring:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable acquired knowledge
Ideally, you have practical experience in the healthcare sector and have worked in a contact center with a high volume of contacts
You are willing to work in shift schedules (24/7), with a focus on evening
