Ecco cosa E80 Group può offrirti per aiutarti in questo.Siamo alla ricerca di unIndustrial Engineering Specialist: sarà inserito nel dipartimento Industrialization Engineering che in E80 si occupa delle attività legate all'industrializzazione prodotto, miglioramento in ottica Quality Cost Delivery, design dei processi produttivi, lean manufacturing e supporto alla supply chain per quelli che sono gli aspetti tecnologici della produzione. Responsibilities In collaborazione con gli altri interessati (Ufficio Tecnico, Qualità, Produzione, fornitori, etc.) si occuperà di: Individuare e guidare azioni di miglioramento in ottica Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) sui sistemi assemblati e relativi componenti meccanici; Analizzare in maniera strutturata le difettosità sui componenti andando ad individuare le Root Causes (RC) e definire le Azioni Correttive (CA); Supportare l'Ufficio Tecnico/R&D per quanto riguarda l'industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti (concurrent engineering e DfX) Requirements Laurea (triennale o specialistica) in Ingegneria Industriale, Meccanica o del Veicolo. In alternativa diploma di istituto tecnico industriale Pregressa esperienza nel manufacturing/industrializzazione di componenti meccanici (4+ anni) Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico Conoscenza principali tecnologie produttive in ambito meccanico: taglio lamiera, lavorazioni per deformazione plastica (piegatura, stampaggio), lavorazioni per asportazione di truciolo (tornitura, fresatura), saldatura (MIG), processi di fusione, processi di stampaggio di tecnopolimeri Conoscenza base della metrologia Familiarità con design-to-cost, design-for-manufacturing e design-for-assembly Orientamento alla standardizzazione Conoscenza dei tools per impostare percorsi di miglioramento (analisi RCCA, analisi statistica, Pareto, Ishikawa chart, 5W, etc.) Buone capacità relazionali Capacità di visione complessiva, analisi e focalizzazione su elementi chiave Proattività nell'individuare e proporre modifiche delprocesso produttivo e/o del prodotto in ottica design-for-manufacturing Conoscenza di base delle logiche di phase in-phase out Conoscenza di sistemi CAD (PTC Creo preferenziale),di ERP (SAP preferenziale) edeisistemi PLM (PTC Windchill preferenziale) Cosa ti offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminato Full time 1 giorno di smart working a settimana Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza
