Are you ready to shape the future? We are preparing you for future tasks as a customer advisor in the private customer consulting department through a 2-year trainee program in Cottage Grove, MN.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our young customers. You will provide competent and needsbased advice to this target group and create individual financial solutions.
  • You will strengthen and intensify existing business relationships, as well as acquire new customers and build longterm customer relationships.
  • For special consulting occasions, you can rely on the expertise of our specialists, such as in mortgage consulting.
  • You will have plenty of room for your own ideas and experiences in challenging and diverse tasks.
  • You will be part of a mixed team of young and experienced colleagues, characterized by a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a training as a bank clerk as a basis for youth market consulting.
  • You enjoy and are interested in applying your acquired knowledge independently in practice.
  • Your passion for interacting with people allows you to inspire our customers with your consulting offers; in customer conversations, you are goaloriented and solutionoriented.
  • You enjoy working in a team, show initiative and commitment.
  • You have an affinity for modern sales channels and can adapt to new conversation situations.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a confident handling of the MS Office package and digital conference software.
