Imagine Art is a Christin ministry operating in Austin Texas. We offer a program of long-term care to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities. Imagine Art operates 4 group homes, each serving 3 residents (2 female and 2 male homes).

Typically our clients leave the home between 10-2pm for day activities (School, work, day habilitation centers). There are occasions when our clients are not able to participate in their normal activities.

These reasons may include - the program is closed for holiday or other reason, the resident is sick or has an appointment or the resident is in a transition between day programs.

We are seeking in home and community outing support for clients who are not able to attend their day program.

Currently we have need to serve 1:1 for a female resident who is in transition with her day program. The resident needs staff from 8 AM to 2 PM on Thursdays. The staff will provide transportation to her weekly OT appointment. A vehicle is required.

This resident is a female living with Downs Syndrome and intellectual developmental disabilities. She enjoys arts and crafts, Disney movies and fellowship with staff or clients.
