Job Overview:

Brazos Taco Bar is looking for a full or part time manager to join our team in the Barracks Rd Shopping center.

Scratch made kitchen with full bar and amazing patio space.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Assist with payroll processing and scheduling
• Assign sections, side work, supervise opening and closing procedures
• Open and close out cash, daily sales and tip reports

Experience:

• Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
• Strong background in beer, cocktails, coffee and food
• Friendly, team oriented with strong independent management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problemsolve effectively
