  • Apply onlinePDF DownloadWe are looking for a Tool Service Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Neuhaus am Rennweg to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Technical and disciplinary management of the tool service department, including capacity and personnel planning
  • Continuous development and standardization of technologies and processes with the goal of increasing cost efficiency and promoting professional development
  • Support and coordination of crossdepartmental contract allocation to enhance the internal value chain
  • Deriving goals from the company strategy within your own area of responsibility and implementing them
  • Identifying, highlighting, and implementing continuous improvement measures
  • Cost and deadline control, as well as budget planning (including for external contracts)
  • Monitoring goal achievement through appropriate key performance indicators

This is what we are looking for:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a tool mechanic or machinist with further training as an industrial master or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in the design, construction, calculation, and construction of tools in the processes of blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and injection molding (advantageous)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience and leadership experience in a similar position in a modern, innovative tool service (toolmaking) in the
