    Job Title: Product Engineer at Precision Castparts Corp.

    Job Description:



    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or Metallurgical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 2 years industrial work experience preferred.
    • Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Product Engineering for new product introduction and continuous improvement.
    • Statistical analysis in a six sigma environment.
    • Implement corrective actions based on data analysis.
    • Work on ceramic cores, airfoil systems, and tooling.

    Specific Duties:

    • Ensure high process design quality.
    • Manage activities to meet schedule and budget.
    • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
    • Conduct dimensional probability studies.
    • Develop procedures for core inspection and component quality.
    • Coordinate tooling design with tool shops.
    • Other duties as assigned.
